Purpose of the Sites

The Sites provide information about the work of Desmond Griffiths, including consulting, coaching, integration services, writing, frameworks, and related professional offerings.

Service Model

The Sites describe three distinct but complementary service domains:

Coaching

Professional coaching aligned with ICF and IPEC principles. Coaching is future‑focused, client‑led, and designed to support clarity, growth, and aligned action. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental‑health treatment.

Consulting

Strategic advisory, systems architecture, organizational clarity, and enterprise‑grade problem‑solving. Consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements (e.g., SOWs, MSAs, or service contracts).

Integration Work

Structured, grounded support for meaning‑making, transitions, and identity shifts. Integration services do not involve medical, psychological, or clinical treatment and should not be used as a substitute for licensed care.

Any engagement for these services requires a separate agreement outlining scope, boundaries, confidentiality, and expectations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Sites or engage services.

All content on the Sites—including text, frameworks, diagrams, graphics, videos, and downloadable materials—is owned by Desmond Griffiths unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

You may view, share, or reference content for personal, non‑commercial use with proper attribution.

User Responsibilities
