My name is Des — and my work has never been about career shifts or skill accumulation.
It's about becoming the kind of person who can hold complexity with grace, and transform it into something that helps others live more clearly, and more gently.
I was born in South Africa, forged in this world, and reawakened in San Diego. My path has carried me across cultures, disciplines, and six continents — teaching me that true sanctuary is both inner and outer: a space where clarity, beauty, and intention meet.
I do this work to honor the legacy of my parents — their inherited generosity, exacting care, and inventive spirit live in everything I build. And I do it alongside my own teachers, mentors, healers, and guides who have held space for me when my own life required a course correction.
That matters to you — because I don't coach or consult from theory. I work from lived depth, alongside my own ongoing practice of growth.
